My passion is for helping people. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, my job in traditional medical settings have often revolved around ensuring greater quantity, not quality of life. In starting my own business, I wanted to find a way to provide access to excellent medical care while also considering overall happiness and well-being. I believe this can be achieved by providing wrap around services to clients; helping them address their medical concerns while also ensuring that they have access to the hobbies and things they love in life (e.g., art, music, outdoors, traveling, time with loved ones).

One particularly helpful tool that I feel very passionate about is the use of neurofeedback to promote better brain health. Neurofeedback involves retraining the brain waves to function more optimally which can be used to treat anxiety, depression, memory loss, traumatic brain injuries, ADHD, and enhance the ability to focus. As a result, I became a Board Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner and provide my services remotely so they are more accessible for you. 

I currently live in downtown Sarasota with my wife, Sidney. In my spare time, I enjoy creating music, painting, brewing craft beers, and gardening.
